These nightstands had a really odd, but funky shape. They piqued my interest a few years back, despite the work they needed. (I seem to love the ugly ducklings who need A TON of repair, don't I?)
Fast forward two-ish years, and I had tried two different looks on them, but neither spoke to me. So they kept going back to "timeout" for a redo another day. I definitely never pictured their final look back then lol.
Finally I was determined to tackle them, and had this world map transfer from @redesignwithprima I wanted to use, so the design began. In my head the "framed" map is sitting on a shelf along with some old books, whether customers see that, I don't know lol. But I'm pleased with the oddity of how things turned out. It gives insight into how my mind works sometimes and I got to really play around with @dixiebellepaint colors I wouldn't typically gravitate to, as well as the bindings of some of my vintage book collection.
