Size: My "framed" interchangeable door hangers come in two sizes. an 11", designed to fit within most standard-sized wreaths, and a 15", large enough to hang without a wreath. (Technically both CAN hang without a wreath, but most customers prefer a larger size door hanger when there is no surrounding wreath.)
Materials: All my door hangers are crafted with wood, hand-painted and sealed for longevity.
